Geeks Connect prides itself in the ability to develop specifically tailor-made solutions for you, our potential clients. Our provision of all I.T.C. products and services under one roof eliminates the need for you to deal with multiple entities, but more importantly, ensures a fluid and uniform process to best place your brand on the scene.

  • All supplied quotations are valid for 24 hours only.
  • All material (coding, designs, themes, previews, prototypes, finished products etc) created by GEEKS-CONNECT on behalf of clients remains the intellectual property of GEEKS-CONNECT until full invoice total (deposit + balance) is settled.
  • Prototype access to client expires in 48 hours in cases where quotation deposit has not been settled.
  • During project development, when prototype access is granted to client, GEEKS-CONNECT allows a 48 hour window for client to note and advise GEEKS-CONNECT of any and all edits, changes… at which point GEEKS-CONNECT will edit the prototype accordingly. It must be noted that once prototype changes have been accepted by client, any additional changes will incur either an hourly charge or value added flat rate to client. The additional cost will be added to the Balance Remaining Total and will be expected to be settled by project completion.
  •  The acceptance of any quotation or invoice from GEEKS-CONNECT by the client is regarded as an acknowledgement and acceptance of GEEKS-CONNECT’s terms and conditions. A link to these outlined terms and conditions is noted on all of GEEKS-CONNECT’s invoices and quotations. It is up to the client to read these terms and conditions before entering the agreement.
  • GEEKS-CONNECT will not offer any refunds from the point where prototype is accepted.
  • In cases where client is to provide material for the production of the project, GEEKS-CONNECT will not accept hard copy material unless mutually agreed upon. Acceptable formats of material are PDF, PPTX, DOCX, JPEG, PNG, HTML.
  • While GEEKS-CONNECT makes use of placeholder images for illustration purposes, it is up to the client to provide high quality images and video footage for project completion. Prior arrangements may be made with GEEKS-CONNECT for photoshoots and provision of royalty/stock images, video footage and animations at an extra cost. GEEKS-CONNECT will not publish any unlicensed material.
  • GEEKS-CONNECT’s Base currency is USD$. Should clients wish to settle invoices in currencies other than USD, GEEKS-CONNECT will convert using the current rate at which GEEKS-CONNECT is able to purchase the USD$ amount. Please note that purchase rate is NOT equivalent to bank rate.
  • Correspondence between GEEKS-CONNECT and client via WhatsApp, Skype, E-mail, SMS, Facebook will be used as evidence in the case of disputes, quarrels and disagreements.
  • GEEKS-CONNECT prides itself in being respectful and courteous to all clients, and as such no rude behavior or profanity via any of the established interaction channels shall be tolerated. This is grounds for cancellation of contract and service provision.
  • In the case of subscription services (domains, e-mail accounts, web hosting) all payments are pre-paid annual installments. GEEKS-CONNECT strongly advises clients to settle these payments 30 days before installment due date to avoid service disruption. GEEKS-CONNECT will not be held liable for service disconnection by last mile providers due to lapsed payments. Clients are advised that service restoration penalties may be levied by the said last mile providers and it is up to the client to settle these penalties.
  • The GEEKS-CONNECT tag and link will appear modestly and discretely at the bottom footer of relevant projects (eg. Websites and applications). Clients who wish to have this removed will be charged for this.
  • GEEKS-CONNECT reserves the right to use completed projects for marketing purposes for both GEEKS-CONNECT and the client.
